INNOVIM has won a task order for services to National Weather Service’s (NWS) Climate Prediction Center (CPC) where we will deliver a variety of climate modeling and prediction expertise to continue refining various CPC monitoring and prediction products.
Under this task we will leverage INNOVIM’s extensive experience identifying and exploiting the scientific basis for sub-seasonal and seasonal prediction and in identifying sources of predictability within the coupled Earth system with relevant timescales, and representing these processes and phenomena in a global modeling framework.
These task orders are part of more than thirty OPSTECH task orders under which INNOVIM supports the NWS. The INNOVIM family is extremely proud of these opportunities to serve the NWS and further its mission to Provide weather, water, and climate data, forecasts and warnings for the protection of life and property and enhancement of the national economy.
