On August 3, INNOVIM, along with Prime Contractor M2 Strategy and teammates Bryce Space and Technology, and Jeffries Technology Solutions, was awarded a new three-year contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to provide Strategic Planning, Enterprise Architecture, Human Capital and Program/Portfolio Management consulting services to the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS).
INNOVIM has supported NOAA/NESDIS for over five years, since June 2012, delivering project management, engineering, technical, administrative, and related services in support of mission-critical system development programs in order to meet existing and future mission requirements for ingest, processing, and distribution of environmental satellite data. The broad scope of this new contract includes developing and enhancing capabilities to provide technical and professional support services for the NESDIS Senior Leadership Team in the following areas:
- Program/Project Management and System Concept Planning,
- Independent review of enterprise architecture and organizational systems design,
- Human capital planning and team executive development, and
- Strategic planning for, and performance assessments of, highly complex technical programs.
